Policy/Rule Number 1... We are here to have FUN... If you are here to have FUN then we will do everything in our power to see that our site is enjoyable, entertaining and a place you want to come back to. We do not have the time or patiences to waste on assholes who want to make trouble ... If you want to place yourself in this heading, then be ready for "The shit to roll down hill" and remember that the Internet User is at the bottom of the hill. Here is what we will do if you want to cause trouble, we will discontinue all your services and access to akaHairyWomen.com, and/or bitch at your Internet Service Provider (ISP) about your actions, and/or add your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to the "Internic 8 ball List" (NO ONE on your ISP will be able to surf the internet for at least 30 days and it will be YOUR FAULT), and/or prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law! We will also not give you any refunds for "access/services paid in advance" by you. Remember this... If you do not like what someone has to say or something you see, Go somewhere else and enjoy yourself. Life is to short to wast time being in the middle of conflicts....

Our "Privacy Policy" is very simple... "WE DO NOT SHARE, SELL, GIVE AWAY, LOAN OR IN ANY WAY ALLOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO GO OUT OUR DOOR." We may from time to time send you an email telling you about changes to akaHairyWomen.com, but "don't wait-up for them", cuz I hate writing them.

Our"Classified Ads " section is here to help you sell the "ITEMS" you wish to sell. PLEASE DO NOT fill it up with money making crap. It's to sell "ITEMS" you do not want any more, Not your products.. get a real web site for that (Try CustomShopping.com's Full eCommerce Web Hosting). If you have ANY problems with anything please let us know at once and we will follow up on your problem.

Our"Adult Products" pages and sites are now password protected and require membership to akaHairyWomen.com. Your children and other minors are locked out of these sites by Net Nanny, Cyber Patrol, Surf Watch and other parental control software companies because we are trying to do our best to keep the Internet safe and open for everyone's use!

Our"Hosting Services"are maintained by us and we will do everything in our power to help you have a site which works the way YOU want it to. Tech support is on-line or available via email. No phone support is available because we have found that people get very upset (we did) when phone calls are not answered right away or we were calling long distance and put on hold for hours. Our rules and regulations are on the the hosting sign-up page and we will enforce them, SO PLEASE READ THEM. If your site is deleted or discontinued because YOU do not want to follow the rules NO REFUNDS of monies paid or monies owed will be given. We MAY give you one warning at our option but don't count on it. WE are not responsible for the content of ANY site we host. Please backup all your site content on your personal computer just in case our server crashes or gets hacked into (we try our hardest to not let either of these happen but, as we all know... Murphy's Law says: "Shit happens when it wants")

Our"Spamming" policy is also very simple... We will prosecute ANYONE who uses or tries to use our mail server to send spam (unwanted or unasked for email) to the fullest extent of the law! So please do not try it.

Our"Flaming" policy is also very simple... (First a definition.. "Flaming is posting messages, sending email or otherwise expressing hate towards a group, race, religion, person etc.") Our Policy.. First complaint... we will send you AND your Internet Service Provider (ISP) an email asking you to stop or we will ban your ISP from accessing our server. Second complaint.. you AND all the people useing your ISP will be banned from our server with a webpage posted to explain why they are banned (because of you) AND we will send all your posts to the U.S.Attorney General for possiable prosecution.

Our Newsgroup Access policy is... We provide access to our newsgroup feed for "AN EXTRA" set price per month and that is the extent of our service. We do not log which newsgroups you visit, post too or download from. We are not responsible if you download a virus or stuff that is illegal for your country, state, provence, county or city. YOU ARE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO ON THE NEWSGROUPS. Your service will be discontinued if you Spam or Flame the newsgroups and no refund for "access paid in advance" will be given. We may give you one warning at our option but again, don't count on it.

Our Shipping policy for products WE SELL... All products are shipped the day your payment clears our bank, Unless you have paid with a U.S. Postal Money Order, Paypal, Cash, a credit card or you have setup an account with us and/or have been a long time customer in good standing then the product is shipped the same day we recieve your order.

Our Copywrite policy is simple... WE DO NOT CLAIM ANY COPYRIGHT TO 98% OF OUR CONTENT, (there are a few pictures we took ourselves to share with you), WE JUST STORE AND SHARE THE POSTINGS OF OTHERS FROM THE DIFFERENT PUBLIC NEWSGROUPS and FROM PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHO WISH TO UPLOAD AND SHARE YOUR PERSONAL PICTURES WITH OTHERS.

If you are the owner of a copywrited picture or movie on our site and you do not wish to allow us to share it with others because it was posted illiagelly, here is what you need to do, "FOR EACH ITEM IN QUESTION":

  • Send us a Notarized copy of the Court Filing you have made against the "Person Who Original Posted the item in question to the Public Newsgroups", to prove you have taken appropreate action to protect all actions of your copywrite.
  • Send us a Notarized copy of your Original "U.S. Federal Copywrite Approval Form" which was sent to you from the U.S. Federal Copywrite Office, to prove you are the owner of the copywrite.
  • Send us a printed, Notarized copy, of the "Original Picture" or a "VHS" with a Notarized Statement, verifing that the "VHS" is the movie in question.
  • Send us Notarized copies of two pieces of California State Approved Photo ID, to prove who you are.
  • These items MUST be in seperate envelopes/packages for each item in question.

    As soon as we recieve these items, We will, at once, for your benefit:

  • Remove your item off of our server.
  • Remove your item from any "Newsgroup CD" it could have been on, in the future.
  • We will post a web page informing ALL of our customers, that YOU do not wish to share the item(s) in question openly on the Internet and that they should remove, any and all of your items in question from their computers or disks and that they should not view them on any BUT your web site and that they should inform EVERYONE they know of about your request.
  • We will send an email to their listed address informing ALL of our customers, that YOU do not wish to share the item(s) in question openly on the Internet and that they should remove, any and all of your items in question from their computers or disks and that they should not view them anywhere BUT your web site and that they should inform EVERYONE they know of about your request.
  • We will post a message to Each and Every Public Newsgroup we know of informing any of our customers we may have missed, that YOU do not wish to share the item(s) in question openly on the Internet and that they should remove, any and all of your items in question from their computers or disks and that they should not view them on any BUT your web site and that they should inform EVERYONE they know of about your request.
  • We will try our best Never to show another copy of your items in question again.
